when a lady falls for a guy...she doesn't really know why...

when he is around she tries not to look at him. she does not know what to say
but when he is not around, she looks for him...searching everywhere with her eyes....
and when she spots him talking to another lady...she scolds herself for not making the first move.
dad's birthday
I ache!! I ache!! I ache!! '______'
not my arms...but its cramps!! boohoo....
today arranged to go eat buffet to celebrate dad's birthday yet i absolutely have no appetite cos its that time of the month!!! i ate very little...
well its not that the food is that fantastic really...regreted not going for merchant court, int'l buffet at ellenborough mkt...the food is soooooo much better there...and we'll all get to sit together...
this year we went to des grandeur restaurant at kallang stadium...didn't know it was a chinese restaurant..so they arranged us to sit 2 tables cos they only have round tables...so half the fun is gone already(we prefer to sit together w our relatives)...furthermore the food is really, in bad in my opinion...so the evening wasn't really fantastic...
mum and i decided to go to this restaurant cos they had some promotion going on...
on the menu there was buddha jump over the wall, crabs, french escargots, sharks fin, int'l buffet and on top of that seafood steam boat
thought we'll give it a try lor...dad as usual is very easy going...no opinion
i didn 't get dad anything...feeling kinda guilty...but i really dunno wat to buy...
if its anything at all, my dad is super non fussy, thrifty, easy going kind of man!!
it really doesn't matter to him even if we dun get him a present...the best is that we don't! save up the money...hahahaha....
but no matter wat...i think i'll get him a shirt...force him to throw his old ugly looking ones!!! muahahaha.... (^______^)
HAPPY 55TH BIRTHDAY DAD!!!!!!!!!!!
Wake boarding!!!!!!!!!
My First time wake boarding today!! and i beat the 3 other guys by riding further and being able to manouvre left and right!!!!!!!!!!!!! oh right!!!!!!!!!!!!
i spent the whole of yest watching tv at home...felt really bored and lifeless...
then vik called, while i was having dinner (alone) and watching tv of course, asking me whether
wanna go wake boarding or not?
of course i agreed!! initially i intend to go w my sch this fri but i forgot my fri is a full day...so sad...now i got another chance!!! of course must go!!! =)
my frens and i went to the one at punggol marina...that place is
sooo out of the way and remote!!
but the MCC is very nicely built and inviting...maybe cos its new...
anyway the instructor who took us today is a lady...and boy is she prettY!!!!
she's tall and lanky, got a nice tan, bod to die for, long hair, dimpled smile...every guys dream gal la!!!!!!!!!!!
unfortunately she smokes...and quite a heavy smoker too...her teeth was stained black lor...wasted...but she's really good...
she could point out our mistakes really well n guide us...
by the way she's called amanda...and she use to act on channel 8 periodic dramas...though i dun rem wat shows already...
so anyway i was
a little bit afriad to get into the water...cos its the first time i'm doing this, and in the
open sea somemore...felt intimidated by the water la....
but i paid 50 bucks for it!!! so die die also must do!!!
i tot there'll be some short lec or stimulus first b4 we head for the water...cos wind surfing was like that...
but instead we jus hopped onto a speed boat...headed out to a deep part...and jus started like that!!
she threw a life jacket to stewart and said ok...you go first...
so she taught him how to wear the board, how to get into the water...how to hold the thing that's suppose to pull u when the boat moves...and how to get up...all seems simple but need quite good balancing...
and apparently...those who can't squat may face some difficulties wake boarding...
well i only manage to stand on the 3rd attempt...and
by my 7th or 8th attempt i'm riding the waves!!!!!!!!!! woohoo!!!!!!!!!!
however i reckoned that 9 out of 10 attempts i fell into the water face first...hahha....but it doesn't hurt la...the life jacket was quite puffy...hahaha
well at least the water is sooooooooooooo much cleaner then at east coast!! man the water there sucks!!! i went wind surfing there....puke...
i'm going to go for more... =)
more pri school frens
yest i met up with 3 pri school frens whom i've lost contact with after psle 8 yrs ago...
man its been soooooo...long....
when ellen called me yest telling me she managed to get into contact with qing jun...i was really shocked, amazed, surprised, bewildered...hahaha....
not cos i had a crush on him or anythng but cos he is one fella whom everyone was afraid of, hated, shunned away from since pri school...he was a bully since pri school!! imagine that!
but i wasn't afriad of him or anything...there was just something about him that i couldn't really express...
i don't hate him, nor like him...but its not neutral either...in fact its like a special feeling...he is the rebellious, mischievious kid...all teachers nightmare and most classmates horror. (this is not an overstatement)
i had been a victim of his tricks...but i never hated him or disliked him for that...it just makes me want to know him more...to understand him for who he is...maybe i even respected him...
before meeting up at coffee bean...ellen told me how he's all grown up, and tall and built...to the extent that she called him a gorilla!!
so i was anxious and eager...so full of anticipation...wondering whether i'll recognise him at all...
but upon meeting him...i guess i was a bit disappointed...ellen really exaggerated lor!!! yea he is horribly built now (he was really scrawny back in school) but not to the extent of a "gorilla" la...maybe its cos he is not very tall...so the disappointment vanished almost immediately when i start talking to him...
it was a pleasant conversation....it was like getting to know him all over again...we conversed in chinese, and although the good part of the conversation was him telling me wat happened for the past 8 yrs...it was really interesting!
it was colourful...albeit a painful one...not one that i can really understand nor empathise with...but i'm glad i got the chance to hear it from him =)
and of course i met up with 2 other frens...whom i hardly...really hardly talked to...in fact i couldn't picture them in my mind based on their names!!! haha...but it was nice meeting them...they didn't really change...
of the whole lot yest....jun yan transformed the most!!...from the short scrawny nerdy kid to a fashionable young man...though he's still skinny....hahaha...no offence =)
it was a great evening...we jus talked and joked...reminiscing on how qing jun used to bully us...but it was all good natured jokes...
i'm looking forward to our next gathering... (^_^)
